This mentorship is best suited for those at an introductory-beginner level into herbalism. Also for those who enjoy being in nature and all that she brings like bugs, dirt, wildlife, farm smells & noises, sun, rain etc.

This program is physically demanding & sometimes takes place on rugged terrain and would be difficult for those who are very physically disabled.

Classes run from 9am-5-6pm Saturday and Sunday. Light lunches will be provided during 1 hr break each day of classes. Participants will also have access to outdoor/indoor cooking spaces. As well as communal indoor & outdoor spaces to escape the elements.

Participants will be camping outdoors on the property (rain or shine) or are welcome to book a local hotel, airbnb or other local camping options. Participants are welcome to stay overnight, Friday-Monday.

The program has limited positions (8 spots) & 1 scholarship position available (scholarship filled for 2024 season).

About your mentor.

Aimée is a folk herbalist, homesteader, farmer, forager & crafter. She has lived her whole life immersed in nature, spirit & the study of it from other teachers, cultures, books & experiences. She first started hosting hands-on workshops in 2021 to share land based skills. She is a strong believer in the power of hands on learning & experiences to better build & share skills among community.

She began learning+working more in depth with herbs in 2014 as well as homesteading and operating a farm & apothecary business with her partner since 2018. They have been offering + crafting custom herbal CSA boxes for people in their community and across Canada + North America since 2021.

Together they live a lifestyle of self sufficiency in rhythm with nature. On their farm they have a strong focus on permaculture, sustainability & ecological practices to produce food, herbs, seeds & herbal products.

Nat Tarnawski is a Herbalist from Huron county on the banks of Lake Huron.

Her herbal practice is steeped in folk traditions and is turned to the seasonal rhythms.

Nat has been growing , preparing medicines and endlessly studying herbal medicine for 7 years.

Nats herbal practice is influenced by the work of Great western Herbalists such as Sajah Popham, Matthew wood and Paul Burgner. But above all Nature as a whole.

Roxy has immense training in a wide range of healing modalities, along with extensive life experience, and sincere passion to serve and empower others creates a truly one-of-a-kind healing experience. Roxy has practiced for over a decade as an energy healer. She is a Traditional Usui Reiki Master, with a variety of other certifications, including reflexology, natural health consult .

A powerful intuitive, Roxy meditates regularly and is especially in-tune with energies. She is gifted in guiding clients to stay grounded and focused. She has a deep understanding when it comes to identifying and releasing energetic blockages in the body, chakras, and aura, connecting to past loved ones allowing for balance and healing in all aspects of clients life.

With years of practice in alternative healing Roxy has also safely and gently guided many clients to gain deep insights through intuitive Reiki. She has been assisting her clients to clear energy, cut cords. In sessions, she may call upon archangels and spirit guides to bring guidance and assistance. 

Roxy has served as an intuitive reiki practitioner since 2013.
