1 oz bottle of wildcrafted valerian tincture. Made from homegrown and sustainably foraged valerian root from our homestead property in Northern Ontario. Plant extraction made with grain alcohol. Labeled as one of the most relaxing nervines, valerian is great for calming you down from anxiety and various types of tension. It helps get you to a relaxed state to help rid you of insomnia and enjoy a healing sleep. It has muscle relaxing effects on the smooth and skeletal muscles within the body making it great for cramping and nerve pain.

emmenagogue, nervous system relaxant, hypnotic, hypotensive, anxiolytic, analgesic, antibiotic, expectorant, bitter, carminative, sedative (paradoxical stimulant), antispasmodic
Uses for Tincture:
anxiety
insomnia
reduce tension and overexcitable states
muscle relaxing
relieve cramping
pain relief from tension headaches and migraines
neuralgia pain
Cautions: Some individuals will react paradoxically to Valerian and will actually be stimulated by it. It also interacts with barbiturates. High in arginine, therefore avoid in Herpes simplex virus.
