Cramp Bark (viburnum opulus) Tincture
1 oz bottle of cramp bark tincture. Made from sustainably foraged inner and outer cramp bark from our homestead property in Northern Ontario. As the name suggests this herbal ally is great at reducing cramps as it as a skeletal and smooth muscle relaxant. It is especially beneficial at reducing menstrual pain and cramps but can be used for a wide variety of cramping.It also can be a good aid in reducing bronchial spasms in asthma attacks. This tincture can also be used externally by rubbing on the area of pain or that is in spasm.
