Tum-ease Glycerite: Peppermint, Lemon balm & Catnip Extraction - Anxiety, Digestive Issues & Fever Reducer - Alcohol Free
Tum-ease Glycerite: Peppermint, lemon balm & Catnip Extraction
1 oz bottle of homegrown herbs of peppermint, catnip and lemon balm extraction. Made with vegan & gluten free 100% vegetable glycerine making it safe for pregnant women and children. Tum-ease is used to help ease any digestive related issues. Take before or after a meal to help with digestion. As well as calming the digestive tract it also can help to soothe the nervous system. Also useful for fighting sickness to help break fevers. As an adult, take 1-3 dropperfuls after meals or as needed. Although the herbs used in this recipe are generally safe for children, use Clark’s or Young’s rule for dosing.
Clark’s Rule
To use Clark’s Rule take the weight of your child and divide it by 150 (for a 150-pound adult).
For example, if your child weighs 38 pounds you would divide 38 by 150 (38/150 = .253 or ¼) so your child would take ¼ of the adult dosage (White & Mavor, 1998).
Young’s Rule
Add 12 to the child’s age and divide the child’s current age by this number.
Here is an example for a 4-year-old child: 4+12 = 16, 4 / 16 = .25 or 1/4 of the adult dosage (Gladstar, 2015).
Uses for Extract:
Aid in digestion
Indigestion
Gas Relief
Nervous stomach
Ease anxieties

Help Break a Fever safely
Cautions: Avoid if allergic to anything in the lamiaceae family.
Ceremonial tobacco or prayer is given as an offering & exchange when collecting earthly souvenirs & medicines
